ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will be a strong Account Manager with 3+ years of agency experience acting as a lead contact for Studio Republic’s retained clients. You will enjoy getting to understand our clients needs, and will seek opportunities to add real value to them and their business. You will understand how Studio Republic is best able to meet their needs and work with internal colleagues to ensure that these requirements are appropriately met. You will work with clients and the rest of the Studio Republic Team to ensure that we consistently provide excellent customer service and quality of product to our clients. You are the face of Studio Republic with our retained clients and are passionate about ensuring that we are delivering quality and great solutions to them.

Responsibilities - in your role you will:

  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all retained client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop relationships with internal team in order to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and business needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/three monthly planning goals to clients in order to provide transparency and clear areas of growth.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your individual and business targets.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics in collaboration with the client services team as a whole.
  • Prepare reports on accounts where needed.
  • Understand and manage any client concerns in a proactive and effective way, ensure that there is full awareness and appropriate engagement within the Studio Republic team.


Skills - you will have:

  • Strong relationship skills, with an ability to develop lasting and productive relationships both with our clients and the broader Studio Republic team.
  • An ability to understand diverse client needs and to ensure that Studio Republic is able to offer the best fit solutions for them.
  • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and understand how these may fit client requirements. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong focus on supporting clients’ businesses to thrive.
