The South's leading holiday cottage website gets a new look
New Forest Living are the South Coast's foremost holiday cottage rental agents. Featuring the very best in self catering accommodation available in the New Forest, they are well established and have a great reputation locally and within the industry.
We were given the task of redesigning the website and integrating an automated property search and booking system. The first challenge was not to scare off existing customers with a radical departure from the previous house style. NFL's client base are not especially web-savvy, so a friendly design and ease of use was paramount.
The website allows users to:
- search for properties by size and availability
- view details on the property including professionally shot photography and virtual tours
- check up to the minute pricing and availability information
- request a booking online
New Forest Living are keen to keep a human touch in the booking process, so all bookings are followed up and paid for over the phone.
